Tsuut’ina Nation, AB — The Tsuut’ina Nation Police Service (TNPS) has recovered stolen property and laid charges following a break-and-enter at a construction site in the Taza development.
On March 25, 2026, TNPS received a report of a break-and-enter at an active construction site. Approximately $10,000 worth of equipment had been stolen the previous day.
Through a thorough investigation in partnership with the construction company and the Calgary Police Service, officers tracked the stolen property to a residence and a storage facility in Calgary.
Search warrants were executed at both locations, leading to the recovery of the stolen items.
As a result of this investigation, Jesse Marshal (55) and Cindy Auclair (47), both from Calgary, have been charged with possession of stolen property and are scheduled to appear in Tsuut’ina Court.
We kindly remind all contractors and community members to ensure work sites and equipment are secured, especially in our active development areas. Let's work together to keep our community safe.
