Help Shape the Future of TNPS — and Win a Night at Grey Eagle

The Tsuut’ina Nation Police Service is growing. As we look to the future, we want that future to be grounded in the voices, values, and vision of our own community. That starts with you.

We’re asking Nation members to take a few minutes to complete a short survey. We want to understand how to better recruit from within the Nation, especially when it comes to supporting Indigenous women who may be considering a path in policing.

Whether you’ve worn a uniform, considered it, or have thoughts about what kind of police service the Nation deserves, your feedback is important.

Why Your Input Is So Important

As we build toward the future, we’re thinking carefully about how to grow our team in a way that reflects the heart of Tsuut’ina. That means listening to our people.

We want to know what would make joining TNPS feel meaningful. What might encourage more women, especially Indigenous women, to apply? How can we make sure our police service is truly grounded in community connection, support, and cultural pride?

Your answers will help guide how we recruit, who we reach out to, and how we support new members in their journey — whether they’re joining straight from school, changing careers, or moving from another service.
